What You Will Do:
Support assigned staff with documentation data processing and report preparation.
Schedule meetings coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars.
Maintain office files and supplies and operate standard office equipment.
Screen and prioritize phone calls and mail and edit outgoing correspondence.
Assist with special projects departmental communications and interdepartmental coordination.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and Trinity Health policies.
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and customer service excellence.
Collaborate with colleagues in areas such as payroll HR and departmental reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
At least two years of administrative experience preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong typing proofreading and communication skills.
