Schedule

- Hours: 4:00 PM 12:00 AM
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours (5x7-hour shifts)
- Weekend Requirement: As needed

Compensation
- Local Rate: From $55/hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
- Travel Rate: Upto $74/hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Position Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Lab Technologist to support an acute care laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic laboratory testing analyze results and contribute to high-quality patient care through accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical laboratory testing and diagnostic procedures
- Analyze CBC and differential (CBCDIFF) test results
- Prepare process and document laboratory specimens
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of results
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with physicians pathologists and healthcare teams
- Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
- Experience with CBCDIFF and general clinical lab procedures
- Associates Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for evening shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- BLS certification
Certifications & Licensure
- Valid NYSED Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (required)
- Primary Source Verification (required)
