Job Summary
Job Title: CVOR Surgical Tech
Location: Lubbock Texas
Shift: Day Shift 5x8 Hours (07:00 AM 03:00 PM)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment in Lubbock Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity surgical environment within a Level II Trauma Center.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries
- Prepare surgical instruments supplies and equipment prior to procedures
- Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs throughout operations
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
- Maintain accurate handling and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies
- Support efficient operating room workflow and patient care
Requirements
- Previous Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical experience required
- Strong CVOR Surgical Tech experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- First-time travelers accepted
