• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth profitable shifts
• Lead and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain high standards for food quality cleanliness speed and guest service
• Assist with hiring onboarding training coaching and accountability of team members
• Help manage labor food cost inventory and controllable expenses
• Ensure compliance with all company policies food safety standards and applicable laws
• Complete operational tasks reports and administrative duties accurately and on time
• Support local community involvement and Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Communicate operational issues staffing concerns and opportunities directly to the General Manager/Ownership
• Lead by example through professionalism urgency and strong work ethic

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in real time
• High level of accountability and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Reliable organized and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
