Our 12-week Nurse Residency Program is designed to support RNs with less than one year of experience as you transition confidently into practice.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver safe high-quality patient care in a specialized orthopedic spine setting
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their loved ones
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Additional Job Description
What Youll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience (BSN preferred)
- Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina or compact state
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
