Great Plains Communications is looking for a skilled OSP Field Engineer to help expand our 20000-mile fiber network. If you have a background in outside plant construction and a knack for project management we want to hear from you!

The Role:
Youll be the bridge between design and realityoverseeing OSP projects from initial site-walks and permitting to final inspections. Youll work closely with contractors and local municipalities to ensure our high-performing network stays on track and on budget.

What Youll Bring:

Field Expertise: Experience in OSP construction GIS mapping and drafting.
Problem-Solving: The ability to handle on-the-spot construction changes and coordinate emergency restorations.
Organization: Strong skills in budget estimation material coordination and permit filing.
Drive: A valid drivers license and the willingness to be on-call for network outages.
