Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab / Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Portland Oregon. The ideal candidate will have strong EP experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity acute care teaching hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare procedure rooms equipment and supplies for invasive cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor patients and support procedural workflow during EP and Cath Lab cases
- Operate imaging and specialized cardiovascular equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain sterile technique and adhere to patient safety standards
- Document procedures accurately within the electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
Requirements
- Previous Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- Pending Oregon license accepted
- First-time travelers accepted
