As the Due Diligence (DD) Writer within J.P. Morgans Global Payments Proposal team in the Philippines you are responsible for responding to DD questionnaires from existing clients and regulators.
Job Responsibilities
Gain broad knowledge of J.P. Morgan Payments products and services and J.P. Morgan as a firm
Liaise with the Payments Product Sales Client Service Legal and Compliance teams to compose new DD responses and amending existing responses in order to address client queries
Manage due diligence projects to completion including responsibility for production of the final document and supplementary material
Respond to ad hoc information requests from the sales team and wider client service community
Develop effective working relationships with key internal clients including product sales client management and operations teams
Required qualifications skills and capabilities
- 1 years of experiencein asales support functionortechnical writing
- Proposal writing experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills particularly with experience in business and technical writing and communicating with stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Legal Compliance and Risk Management in the finance and/or banking industry
- Knowledge and awareness of the banking industry financial markets and general understanding of financial instruments
- Ability to pay rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and requests with tight deadlines
- Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative in terms of organization and prioritizing
Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities
- 1 years of experiencein asales support functionortechnical writing preferably within thebanking industry
- Experience in Project Management preferred
- Effective time management and organizational skills are also an advantage
- College degree preferably with a legal business economics and/or finance background
