Job Summary
Registered: Phlebotomist/HCA
Banding: Band 2 & 3
Location: Mid Wales
Rate:18.00 - 25.78 per hour
Pulse Nursing Agency are looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCAs with Phlebotomy experience in the Mid Wales area with shifts available Monday-Sunday (8:00am19:30pm). Offering competitive hourly pay rates of:
Working as a Phlebotomist/HCA you will:
- Complete POCT cholesterol checks; height weight and waist measurements; heart rate and blood pressure checks and record data findings on the system
- Draw two blood samples labelling and storing correctly
- Check the welfare of the participants throughout their appointments escalating as required
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Certificate in Phlebotomy
- Minimum of one years active experience drawing blood.
- Experience in taking patient observations
- Excellent patient care skills
- Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
