The Head of Investor Reporting & Business Systems will be responsible for the operational duties of the following functions and/or groups in Grandbridge: investor accounting and reporting all cash processes vendor management data management management reporting systems and applications management and banking including bank account reconciliations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Set direction and goals as well as manage results for the various functional groups that administer Grandbridge investor accounting and reporting/remitting and all related cash processes business process vendor management contractual reporting and data management business systems and applications management.
- Manage associate relations (hiring and termination of teammates reviews annual Performance Development Plans etc) as well as ongoing training and career development.
- Manage investor accounting and reporting function to include payment processing autodraft administration investor remittance and reporting Investor Reporting Package (IRP) reporting adjustable rate mortgage (ARM) administration cash management and all monthly quarterly and annual reporting.
- Provide leadership for all vendor management across Grandbridge.
- Manage all bank account administration to include opening and closing of accounts positive pay On-Line banking fee negotiations reconcilement client wire agreement and regulatory risk issues.
- Manage the certification reporting function to ensure all reporting is promptly and accurately forwarded to investors.
- Manage system administration and business improvement processes to include data integrity report development process improvement systems liaison and general servicing system issues.
- Manage all IT functions with the bank to include but not limited to Enterprise Loan Servicing System Lotus Notes docstore CCAR GREC Direct CMSR software loads and IT hardware requests.
- Participate in IT councils and provide leadership in future developments and initiatives.
- Ensure maintenance of policies and procedures to include compliance with internal regulatory and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance real estate or related discipline or equivalent training and work-related experience.
- Ten years of relevant work experience in an operational environment with at least five years in commercial real estate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively lead both large and small teams in order to achieve strategic objectives.
- Proven strategic thinking and decision making skills.
- Deep understanding of commercial mortgage compliance requirements and issues.
- Technical acumen necessary to administer complex systems and applications to teammates.
- Ten years in a commercial mortgage operations leadership role or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree or work experience
- Industry designations or certifications.
- Demonstrated participation and leadership within industry trade groups
