Job Description
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced GI Lab Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a fast-paced procedural environment. The ideal candidate will have strong GI Lab or endoscopy experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care before during and after GI procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing GI and endoscopic procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during treatments
- Monitor patient conditions before during and after procedures
- Administer medications and sedation as required
- Collaborate with physicians and procedural teams to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in applicable state
- Minimum 2 years of recent GI Lab or procedural nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Strong procedural and patient monitoring skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
