Position Summary:

Our client a leader in the IT sector is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate brings strong project management expertise exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Youll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and on budgetwhile maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage small to mid-sized projects ensuring successful delivery across all phases
• Oversee client accounts and consulting engagements acting as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and best practices
• Provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure client deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations
• Manage project budgets timelines and overall financial performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with at least 35 years in project management
• Experience with claims processing systems workflows and industry best practices
• Successfully led at least two claims processing implementation projects
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
