Another Broken Egg of America Franchising LLC is seeking an Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our corporate team in Orlando FL. This individual will embody our core values: Service Results Generosity Integrity and Growth. This position reports to the Information Technology Manager.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Systems Analyst is a dynamic and rewarding position that serves as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. They ensure that enterprise systems are optimally designed seamlessly integrated and exceptionally managed to meet organizational goals. They analyze system requirements design solutions and oversee implementation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support business initiatives. From project management to user support this role requires a mix of technical expertise analytical proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Systems: Point of Sale Online Ordering Inventory Management Waitlist Seating Customer Relationship Management.

Secondary Systems: Business Intelligence Collaboration Knowledge Base Project Management Support Infrastructure & Operations.

System Analysis and Design: Analyze current systems identify areas for improvement and document user requirements. Design new system solutions or modifications to existing systems to meet business needs.

System Integration: Ensure that new systems or updates integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes maintaining overall system integrity.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current systems and processes. Recommend and implement improvements that streamline operations and enhance productivity or reduce costs.

Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders including business users IT teams and management to gather detailed requirements and ensure that the system specifications align with business objectives.

Documentation: Create detailed documentation for system designs specifications testing plans and user manuals to ensure comprehensive knowledge of systems for future reference.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure that systems function as intended. Identify and resolve any system issues before deployment.

User Training and Support: Develop training documentation quick reference guides and knowledge base articles. Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they understand how to use new systems effectively.

Compliance and Security: Ensure that systems comply with relevant regulations and standards and that data security measures are robust and effective.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data trends generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Project Management: Oversee the deployment of new systems enhancements or upgrades. Ensure that projects achieve business objectives and are completed on time and within budget.

Supply Chain Support: Facilitate resolution of quality control issues and vendor escalations for credits missing products missed picks etc.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree in technology business or related field (required).

05 years of professional experience.

Experience in hospitality restaurants or food service industries is a plus.

Proactive: Identifies and addresses issues before they arise. Seizes opportunities to continuously improve results.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform essential job functions while maintaining focus and engagement for extended periods of time. The physical requirements include:

Prolonged Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods (4-8 hours per day) at a desk or workstation.

Postural Flexibility: Ability to adjust posture including standing and stretching to maintain comfort and prevent strain.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to type on a keyboard and use a mouse or touchpad.

Visual Acuity: Ability to focus on a computer screen for extended periods requiring the use of corrective lenses if necessary.

Neck and Back Support: Ability to maintain a neutral head neck and back position. Ergonomic seating and support recommended.

Repetitive Hand Movements: Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing clicking and scrolling.

Hearing Ability: Ability to participate in phone and video calls clearly hearing and responding to verbal communication.

Lifting Light Objects: Occasional lifting of office supplies documents or light equipment (up to 15 lbs).

Ability to Focus and Maintain Attention: Capacity to stay focused and maintain attention for extended work periods.

Keyboard and Mouse Use: Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse for extended periods.

Environmental Awareness: Ability to work in an office environment with artificial lighting noise from office equipment etc.
