Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 14-week contract opportunity in Summerville South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing individualized treatment plans and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to improve mobility strength and overall functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients physical conditions and functional limitations
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify therapy programs as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises recovery and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with facility policies and therapy standards
Requirements
Active South Carolina Physical Therapist License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
BLS Certification required
Previous clinical or travel experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
