Job Summary
Job description
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about elevated cuisine works well alongside others and is open to a dynamic schedule that may include travel.
Schedule
Full-time schedule averaging 5 days per week (approximately 40 hours)
Coverage spans early morning through evening hours with staggered 8-hour shifts
Position requires flexibility to support multiple high-end residential kitchensresidences both locally and out of state.
Typical hours: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM coverage (shift-based 8-hour shift)
Pay listed is just for example. Offer will be DOE.
Job requirements
Responsibilities
Collaborate as part of a multi-chef team operating a full-time residential kitchen
Prepare refined meals for the principal and guests
Oversee daily meal service including lunch service for a team of approximately 50 staff members
Contribute to menu planning ingredient sourcing and inventory oversight
Maintain a consistently clean organized and professional kitchen environment
Assist with general kitchen operations and service needs as they arise
Travel as needed to support culinary operations across locations
Qualifications
Prior experience working in a private home or comparable high-end culinary environment
Strong technical cooking skills with an emphasis on quality and presentation
Ability to remain flexible and adapt to shifting schedules and environments
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Professional demeanor with a positive team-oriented attitude
