The Role
We are looking for a co-educator to join our Early Learning Centre for a part-time role. The role is multifaceted and in essence revolves around supporting the ELC teacher to ensure that students in the ELC are making the progress they are capable of in all areas of their development.

Our Early Learning Centre offers 2-3- and 5-day programs for 3-year-olds and 4- and 5-day programs for 4-year-olds. Our centre has recently been rated as Exceeding and is committed to continuous improvement. Children are engaged in a balanced curriculum which includes teacher-led and play-based learning which evolves from childrens interests and their next steps in learning. Educators have a sound knowledge of individual childrens strengths and areas for development.

Knowledge skill and qualification requirements:

  • Certificate 3 or Diploma qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Capacity to work as part of a team in both the 3YO and 4YO kindergarten programs
  • Demonstrated commitment to Child Safety
  • Willingness to learn be resilient and agile
  • A valid Working with Children Check or VIT registration
  • Confidence in extending and enriching student learning.
