About the role:

Retail Team Leaders demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team. Its a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

• Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety and that of your teammates & customers

• Prior experience working in large format retail stores focusing on displays planograms & promotions

• Multitasking & prioritisation skills

• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition

• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager

• Possess a valid drivers licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time

• Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)

Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays. Manage planograms. Use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.

Note this role will require lifting bending & climbing.
