WearelookingforaTravel AccountantforMexicoCity.

As our Travel Accountant you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate timely and compliant processing of employee travel and expense transactions in accordance with company policies and Mexican regulatory requirements. This role supports financial integrity by managing expense accounting reconciliation and reporting while providing reliable customer service and financial guidance to employees and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate across Finance Tax HR Payroll and Shared Services teams.

Whatdoyou need to be sucessful

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 5 years of accounting experience preferably in Travel & Expense (T&E) accounting.
• Proven experience processing highvolume expense reports for large employee populations.
• Handson experience with monthend close activities reconciliations accruals and journal entries.
• Excel savvy (pivot tables graphics)
• Experience working with SAP (FI/CO preferred)
• Intermediate English level
• Experience supporting audits and working with tax or compliance teams is a plus.
