Working Student Category Manager (All Genders)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic team for a 12-month industrial placement in shop operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the UK to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across our onsite and app platforms. You will play a key role in campaign execution creative coordination and new product launches contributing to customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic onsite and in-app marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Oversee the seamless delivery of brand marketing initiatives ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
• Collaborate with the Branding and Creative Concept team by preparing clear and impactful banner requests.
• Support with the setup of various promotional offers including customer loyalty and product sampling initiatives.
• Contribute to the timely activation of new products to make sure we are providing customers with the best possible product range.
• Provide support in the execution of content for our onsite digital magazine.
• Contribute to broader marketing operations and administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Qualifications :

• Proven technical skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Strong written communication skills paired with a creative mindset.
• High level of numeracy and strong analytical thinking.
• Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency across all tasks.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates a proactive flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
