Answer a high volume of incoming calls with a positive and professional attitude
Provide friendly helpful customer support and problem resolution
Handle incoming sales calls and follow provided scripts accurately
Manage accounts receivable: send reminders follow up on late payments maintain AR records and provide reports to your direct supervisor
Work on various projects as assigned (administrative tasks special campaigns etc.)
Accurately update and manage customer information in our CRM system (FieldRoutes)
Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail Docs Sheets etc.) effectively
Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery
Previous experience in customer service sales or AR preferred
Confident clear and friendly communication skillsespecially on the phone
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems (FieldRoutes experience is a plus!)
Comfortable using Google Workspace is a plus (Docs Sheets Gmail Calendar etc.)
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A positive can-do attitude and a team player mentality
