The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Banquet Supervisor to oversee the successful execution of our banquet events. This role is vital in ensuring that all functions are carried out smoothly efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality we invite you to join our dynamic team.

- Supervise the setup service and cleanup of all assigned banquet functions to ensure seamless operations

- Coordinate with event planners clients and staff to meet specific event requirements and expectations

- Manage and oversee banquet staff providing guidance training and support to ensure excellent service delivery

- Monitor the quality of food beverages and service to maintain high standards

- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

- Assist in planning and organizing banquet events including layout and equipment arrangements

- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment.
