What Youll Do

• Lead coach and develop residential plumbing technicians
• Ride along with technicians to provide in-field training and support
• Drive performance revenue customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to optimize schedules and call quality
• Hold technicians accountable to company expectations goals and KPIs
• Support technicians with technical troubleshooting and customer escalations
• Foster a positive team-oriented culture built around accountability and growth
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences are consistently delivered

What Were Looking For

• Proven leadership experience within residential service plumbing
• Strong and stable work history in residential SERVICE plumbing
• Experience leading and developing larger residential service teams preferred
• Ability to confidently speak to KPIs technician performance and operational metrics
• Strong knowledge of residential service plumbing operations
• Proven ability to coach mentor and develop technicians
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for building high-performing teams
• Hungry driven competitive and motivated to succeed
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Someone who leads by example and brings positive energy to the team
