Join the Sazerac House team part-time as a Gift Shop Associate and help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the this role youll provide exceptional customer service support daily retail operations and help maintain an inviting and well-stocked gift shop environment.

What Youll Do

Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests answering questions and anticipating visitor needs
Maintain an organized clean and fully stocked gift shop including daily inventory replenishment and packaging supplies
Recommend merchandise and assist with gift bags cocktail kits and gift set assembly
Collaborate with team members to create memorable guest experiences and support sales opportunities
Share feedback and improvement ideas to enhance gift shop and tour operations
