With 100 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country Womens Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics gynecology gynecologic oncology urogynecology gynecologic pathology breast surgery genetic counseling maternal fetal medicine laboratory services and fertility.

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for providing and educating patients on medical nutrition. They will devise and implement nutrition plans according to the needs of the patient and document and evaluate the effectiveness of nutritional plans.

• Consult and record current patient information.
• Collect anthropometric data (height weight and BMI).
• Evaluate and analyze all patient information in order to devise a dietary plan specific to the patients needs.
• Educate patients on dietary plans and assist in plan implementation.
• Assess and document effectiveness of dietary plans for patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Be courteous and cooperative with physician staff and patients.
• Clean and stock rooms as needed.
• Order supplies if requested and verifies accuracy of order.
• Demonstrate and embody the Womens Care mission and core values.
• Compliance with all HIPAA rules regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a related field of study from an accredited institution.
• Currently licensed in the state of Florida as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist.
• Registered as a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Must be dependable reliable and punctual.
