Youll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements identify gaps in current workflows and support the design and testing of enterprise-level systems. Your ability to blend business insight with technical expertise will be key in aligning solutions with strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities:

• Gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate on the design configuration and testing of software systems and tools.
• Create detailed process maps workflow diagrams and business requirement documents.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support testing efforts including test plan creation execution and issue tracking.
• Recommend system enhancements and process improvements based on findings and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelors degree required; preferably in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of systems automation and process design across multiple teams or departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Background in regulated environments
