Job Summary
- Part-time fixed term appointment (21 hours per week to Dec 2026)
- Level 6/7: $94998 - $117633 (pro rata) 17% superannuation
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Equity Career Consultant to lead initiatives that improve employability outcomes for students from equity cohorts particularly students with disability and those at regional campuses.
In this role you will deliver tailored career support design mentoring and employability programs and build strong partnerships with inclusive employers to create meaningful work-integrated learning opportunities. Working collaboratively across the university you will help address barriers to career development and contribute to innovative equity-focused projects.

- Experience in career development employability or student support
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for equity diversity and inclusion
- Ability to design and deliver impactful programs
