Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for leading highperforming transaction services teams Were looking for a Transaction Services Manager to lead core finance operations across Progress Rail Services UK Ltd and ElectroMotive Diesel Ltd with responsibility for Accounts Payable Sales Ledger Credit Control and Treasury ensuring robust controls and excellent service delivery.

THE ROLE:
As a Transaction Services Manager you will be required to:

• Lead the Transaction Services function across the UK businesses with endtoend responsibility for Accounts Payable Sales Ledger Credit Control and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate timely supplier payments customer invoicing and cash management driving strong cash flow and financial control.
• Own and continuously improve procuretopay ordertocash and payment processes including a central role in crossbusiness improvement projects.
• Oversee credit control and customer debt positions supporting resolution of issues and improving receivables reporting and efficiency.
• Manage treasury operations ensuring bank payments are processed on time and identifying payment process improvements.
• Deliver robust monthly reporting balance sheet reconciliations and analysis aligned to business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX accounting standards internal controls and regulatory requirements; act as a key contact for external auditors.
• Lead develop and coach the Transaction Services team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Promote Caterpillar and PRS values contributing to operational excellence OPACC improvement and wider finance and business initiatives.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal Transaction Services Manager:

• Management experience across Accounts Payable Credit Control and Treasury
• Strong leadership skills and development of team
• Ability to support in business improvement projects
• Self-starter with proven ability to work on own initiative
• Proactive approach to identification and resolution of improvement opportunities
• Ability to deal with change and prioritise workload in a changing environment
• Capacity to understand the business strategy and make decisions within the context of the bigger picture
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience of ERP systems Microsoft Office packages particularly excel
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics desired not essential
• Numerate and articulate
