Mental Health Professional Kadimah PROS

Kadimah PROS is seeking a passionate high-energy Mental Health Professional to join our innovative clinical group focused program in Brooklyn. We are dedicated to creating a warm supportive and growth-oriented learning environment for both our staff and the adults (18) we serve who are living with severe mental illness.

In this role youll be part of a collaborative clinical team that values empathy cultural awareness and professional development. Youll provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices while helping foster a safe respectful space where clients can learn heal and thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Maintain a full caseload with timely and accurate documentation (assessments treatment plans progress notes)
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Support clients in building skills for recovery and independence

What Were Looking For:

• A warm empathetic and culturally competent clinician
• Strong communication teamwork time management and computer skills
• Experience with mental health and substance use disorders preferred
• Knowledge of crisis management and de-escalation skills is a plus
• Valid NYS license or limited permit in one of the following: MSW LMSW LCSW LMHC MHC LMFT MFT CAT or LCAT
