Temporary Office Clerk Health & Safety Scanning

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Reads incoming material verifies accuracy and sorts and codes according to file system. File system is both physical files and computer files.

-Stores material in paper form or enters information into computerized storage system.

-Retrieves materials for qualified personnel upon request.

-Searches for and investigates information contained in files inserts additional data on file records completes reports and keeps files current.

-Other duties as required; answering incoming phone calls etc. 

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will possess:

-High School Graduate or equivalent.

-Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office along with good computer skills. 

-Strong communication skills.

-Strong organizational skills.
