Job Summary
This position is offered as either a voluntary or mandatory internship for 6 months.
- Responsibility for filling internship and working student positions
- Close collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition as well as our departments and hiring managers
- Screening applications and organizing and coordinating interviews
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
- Taking ownership of your own projects and actively contributing ideas to our recruiting and HR work
Qualifications :
- Student in Business Administration Social Sciences Psychology or a related field or already completed degree
- Experience in recruiting
- Interest in an open relaxed startup-like work environment
- Ability to conduct interviews in English
- Motivation to join our team and help grow ABOUT YOU with top talent
