Heres how youll make an impact at Autism Care Partners:
- BTs work one-on-one with children at our center implementing BCBA designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication social and other adaptive skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) such as reinforcement and prompting to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas such as language socialization play self-help and motor skills.
- Utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavior reduction goals.
- Support client goals related to toilet training including diaper changes.
- With training implement skill development programs and perform appropriate physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
- Collect record and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Complete session documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work and therapy environment.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
- Comply with the BACBs code of ethics.
- This is an entry level role. Previous child care experience preferred but we will train passionate individuals!

- Pay scale: BT: $20.00 - $21.50 / RBT: $22.00 $22.50

- No prior criminal history
- Ability to utilize technology
- Basic computer skills- Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Windows
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
