PRN (as needed) Patient Services Specialist at Women's Health

Valley Views busy Womens Health clinic is seeking an energetic PRN (as needed) patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!

Responsibilitiesincludeproviding patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls forthe office manager physicians and nurses appropriately. The Registrar also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Receptionist/clerical experience required
• Patient care background preferred
• Experience in aclinical settinghighly preferred.

SALARY RANGE

• $19.00 to $27.75/hour 14% PRN Differential.
• Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
