Location: Cincinnati OH 45219
Duration: 8 Weeks Contract (Temp-to-Perm)
Shift: Night Shift (3x12s)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: Every Third Weekend Holiday Rotation Floating Required
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Renal/Medical-Surgical Unit specializing in kidney disease and kidney transplant care. The RN will provide quality patient care collaborate with healthcare teams and support patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess plan and provide patient care
- Care for renal and kidney transplant patients
- Perform peritoneal dialysis care
- Monitor medical-surgical patients
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Educate patients and families
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams
- Follow nursing standards and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Experience in renal transplant or med-surg nursing preferred
- Dialysis and telemetry experience preferred
