Job Summary
An Inside Sales Support is responsible for providing support to the Local Branch its Service and Sales Teams. They will work closely with Customer Service Representative and field personnel. Tasks or support requested will include but not be limited to job walk or site visits to gather information related to equipment or projects. Assist sales team with preparing bid proposals for new and existing customers as well as following up with open proposals. Complete project delivery binders support the maintenance contract renewal process perform certain administrative tasks related to customer support and other tasks as assigned by Sales Management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and or complete written scopes of work related to maintenance or service work being quoted
Attend all maintenance contract renewal meetings
Support preparation of bid temps and proposals related to maintenance contracts
Communicate with sales account managers regarding renewals being addressed
Complete site visits to gather information required to better serve our customers
Communicate with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete the maintenance being quoted
Interact with Departments within Mesa as needed to complete assigned tasks
Amend adjust change scopes bid temps presentation documents etc. as required or requested.
Prepare booking packages for work quoted and sold by CSR or as requested by management
Attend maintenance all maintenance sales training
Present new technology and enhanced PM services when presented with an opportunity
Report all findings customer opinions pictures and results to company leadership
Maintain constant communication with Branch Service or Salesperson being supported.
First 3 months onboarding should include on-site visit with field personal to understand/educate CSR on HVAC terminology needed to put together an effective proposal.
First 6 months to shadow sales team members & management team.
Attend and participate in sales meetings
Prospect and identify when available new maintenance opportunities.
Build rapport with new and existing customers to maintain positive relationships and trust.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to your growth and development as a Sales Professional including attendance at product and sales training events participation at all professional training provided by EMCOR/Mesa etc.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or engineering is required
2 years experience in customer service
Experience in the HVAC is preferred
Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude
Strong computer skills using MS Office required.

Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly manage time effectively multi-task & prioritize.
Able to identify different types of customer personalities and adapt/respond accordingly

Compensation Range: $30 - $33 per hour
