About the Position

Were looking for a reliable and hardworking Tire Service Technician to join our this role youll play a key part in keeping our customers safe on the road by providing quality tire services in a fast-paced team-oriented shop.

Schedule:MondayFriday (No Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect tires for wear damage and proper inflation
• Mount balance rotate and repair tires
• Ensure proper installation and torque procedures are followed
• Perform basic maintenance services (oil changes fluid checks etc.) as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow shop safety standards and company procedures
• Communicate service recommendations to team members and customers

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as aTire & Lube Technician(preferred but not required)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
• Ability to safely operate shop tools and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good timemanagement and ability to work efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Standing bending and moving for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a shop environment (heat/cold noise etc.)
