Job Summary

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Canberra team supporting Speechie clinicians and participants across the region.

In this role you will:

  • Build a collaborative supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
  • Provide 1:1 clinical supervision mentoring and professional development to graduate and early career clinicians alongside operational support.
  • Manage your own caseload while delivering timely high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home school and community settings.
  • Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
  • Supporting team operations referral allocation and NDIS compliance

Qualifications :

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
  • Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
  • Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
  • Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
