Occupational Therapist Team Leader

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with proven leadership experience to join our Broadmeadow team working primarily from our clinic with dedicated weekly support to our Tuggerah OT team.

In this role you will:

• Build a collaborative supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
• Provide 1:1 clinical supervision mentoring and professional development to graduate and early career OTs alongside operational support.
• Manage your own caseload while delivering timely high-quality therapy services to NDIS participants across home school and community settings.
• Assessing participants with complex emotional cognitive developmental and physical needs
• Using clinical observation and standardised assessments to develop evidence-based therapy goals
• Supporting team operations referral allocation and NDIS compliance

Qualifications :

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
• Proven leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
• Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
• Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
• Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
