Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join our team in Cairo this pivotal role you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives ensuring seamless operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives. As an Executive Assistant you will be the backbone of executive operations managing complex schedules coordinating communications and supporting high-level decision-making through meticulous preparation and proactive problem-solving.

  • Provide full administrative support to executives including calendar management scheduling and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones
  • Manage executive correspondence emails and communications with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare comprehensive reports presentations and meeting minutes for executive-level meetings and board discussions
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging
  • Organize and execute special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders managing relationships with diplomacy and tact
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address challenges before they escalate
  • Manage travel arrangements expense reports and logistical coordination for executives
  • Maintain organized filing systems databases and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
  • Support strategic planning and goal-setting initiatives through research analysis and documentation

Qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in administrative secretarial or executive support roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated expertise in calendar management scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities with capacity to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Proficiency in preparing professional reports presentations and meeting documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative-taking mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Professional demeanor reliability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with travel coordination and expense management (preferred)
