Food & Beverage Team Member (All-round)

What will you be doing

This is an all-round Food & Beverage role covering breakfast kitchen and bar shifts. No two days are the same and thats exactly what makes it fun!

In the morning youll make sure our guests start their day right: preparing and replenishing the breakfast buffet serving coffee with a smile and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

During bar shifts youll prepare beverages and simple dishes serve guests and make sure they feel relaxed and well taken care of.

Youll also keep things running smoothly behind the scenes from washing up and keeping the kitchen clean to preparing mise en place for the next day so your colleagues can hit the ground running. Youll keep a close eye on HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety standards are always met and youll take care of stock orders to make sure were never caught short.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and serving guests with a positive attitude
• Preparing drinks and simple food items
• Setting up and replenishing the breakfast buffet
• Keeping the restaurant bar and kitchen area clean organized and inviting
• Washing up and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Monitoring and following HACCP guidelines
• Placing stock orders and managing inventory
• Preparing mise en place for the next shift
