Were hiring: Industry Lead - Public SectorEnterprise Sales

At ANS we help organisations use technology to drive real business outcomes and were growing our Enterprise Sales leadership team.

Were looking for an Industry Lead to own and scale a defined industry vertical across our Enterprise & Corporate MidMarket customer base. This is a senior commercially focused role for someone who thinks like an owner leads from the front and thrives on building markets teams and momentum.

What youll do

  • Own the strategy pipeline and performance for your vertical
  • Lead and develop a highperforming sales team (48)
  • Drive new logo wins and expansion across existing accounts
  • Partner closely with Microsoft to maximise joint opportunities
  • Work crossfunctionally with Marketing PreSales and Delivery to win and grow

What were looking for

  • Proven sales leadership experience with consistent overachievement
  • Experience building and leveraging strong Microsoft partner relationships is a must
  • Formal sales training (MEDDICC SPIN TAS Huthwaite or similar)
  • Strong background in solutionled B2B enterprise sales
  • Confident operating at Clevel with customers and partners
  • High energy resilient and motivated by ownership and results
