The Opportunity
Earth Tech Enterprises is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Mine Mechanic to support our mining and aggregate operations.
If youre a mechanic who can diagnose problems work independently and keep equipment running in tough environments this is a strong opportunity with steady work and a solid team.
What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including loaders excavators haul trucks and dozers
- Troubleshoot diesel hydraulic and electrical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime
- Respond to field breakdowns and support production needs
- Complete routine service work (fluids filters inspections)
- Perform welding and fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate work orders and repair documentation
- Work closely with operators and supervisors to keep equipment online
What Were Looking For
- 3 years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hydraulics engines and electrical systems
- Experience working on equipment such as CAT Komatsu Volvo or similar
- Ability to work both in the field and in the shop
- Reliable self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
