Job Summary
About the Role:
The MA Licensed Mental Health Professional will join a team of dedicated staff in providing accessible mental health and well being services to children and families. Provide assessment develop treatment plans and deliver therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients and families. Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes. Maintain clinical documentation requirements per licensing and agency guidelines. We seek passionate professionals committed to delivering trauma informed culturally responsive high quality mental health care to underserved communities.
Qualifications:
MA degree in Social Work Psychology Marriage and Family Therapy or Clinical Counseling and mental health professional licensure required (LICSW LMFT LPCC). Must have at least 2 years of related mental health assessment and therapy experience with children ages 0-12 adolescents ages 13-18 or adults with experience providing children and family therapy required. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and experience working with and providing mental health treatment to underserved communities preferred.
