Job Summary
PM Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Now Hiring
We are urgently hiring dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians for our AM shift. Join our team and help provide compassionate care and support to clients in a structured and therapeutic environment.
Shift Available
- Overnight - 7p-7a 10:30p-8:30a and 11p-7a
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to clients throughout daily activities
- Monitor client behaviors participation and overall well-being
- Accurately document observations and incidents
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
- Maintain a safe clean and positive environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- TB Test
- Current BLS & First Aid Certification
- Behavioral health or caregiving experience preferred
