VW Automotive Lot Tech

We are a 4th generation Colorado family owned and operated auto dealer group including OMeara Ford OMeara Volkswagen and OMearaGMC all at I-25 and 104th Ave. We are currently hiring a lot technician for VW. If you are looking for an entry level position to get your foot in the door for a career in the automotive industry this position may be for you.

Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Keeps newand usedvehicle lots neat and orderly moving cars as directed by the General Sales Managerand in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Photograph inventory
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas overflow lotsand parking lot as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Position requires entire shifts standing and walking bending and reaching.
• Must be at least 18 years or older with three years of good driving history in order to be covered by company insurance policy
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
