Visual Generative AI Solutions Specialist

Were looking for a Visual Generative AI Solutions Specialist to join our AI Lab a cross-functional group driving innovation experimentation and advanced AI capabilities across Lightricks. Were looking for someone who lives in the visual generation space diffusion models video synthesis and the creative pipelines that bring them to life in production.

This role sits at the intersection of applied AI creative technology and product. Youll work hands-on with LTX-2 workflows and open-source generative models prototype new capabilities help bring AI solutions to market and act as a domain expert supporting teams across the company from Product and Design to Sales and Business Development.

Success in this role requires technical depth in generative AI strong ownership curiosity and a passion for pushing creative AI forward.

What you will be doing

• Build VisualAI-driven creative workflows PoCs and production-ready pipelines with a strong focus on LTX-2 and open-source generative models
• Experiment with generative AI architectures and techniques to unlock new creative capabilities and solve high-end production challenges
• Partner with Business Development and major studios providing technical demos and pipeline integration guidance
• Act as atrusted technical advisor for clients and internal teams on generative AI animation 3D and creative computing
• Collaborate with Product Research Design and Creative teams to turn innovation into impactful features
• Own theideation and exploration of new creative and AI-driven capabilities - from concept and research to tangible prototypes and production impact

Your skills and experience

Must have

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and frameworks such as ComfyUI Stable Diffusion LTX or similar open-source ecosystems
• Strong understanding of generative AI systems - including model architectures ControlNets LoRAs IP-Adapters and creative AI pipelines
• Scripting and coding skills (Python workflow automation) to build extend and optimize AI pipelines
• Independence in planning and executing experiments to solve open-ended high-impact problems
• High curiosity and ongoing engagement with the AI ecosystem - tools models community research

Strong advantage

• Experience in animation VFX post-production game design or creative marketing environments.
• Understanding of production pipelines (offline/online render farms asset management).
• Proficiency in at least one major creative tool (After Effects Nuke Blender Cinema 4D etc.).
• A strong portfolio showcasing AI-driven creative workflows and visual outcomes.
