Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30.04 $41.50 (Based on Experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • $4/hour for Nights
  • $4/hour for Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: $10000 (Night Shift 2-Year Commitment)

Position Overview

A 585 bed Level I Trauma facility is seeking a skilled Med-Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The unit serves adult patients with medical surgical cardiac neurologic urology and vascular conditions offering strong interdisciplinary collaboration and opportunities for clinical growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately
• Provide direct patient care and oversee support staff as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Ensure safe compassionate and evidence-based nursing practice

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience required (not necessarily recent)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license eligibility)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire
