Planning Director
Job Summary
- 8 plus years of experience in marketing or marketing communications ideally will be within an established Account Planning function.
- Commerce fundamentals Expert: Experience command and interest in how brands and retailers connect with people and culture in todays world.
- 5 plus years of hands-on experience working with primarysecondaryand syndicated data
- Branding fundamentals
- CPG and IAT expert
- Shopper/customer fundamentals
- Strong intuitive skills
- Ability to conceptualize an integrated marketing mix (advertising promotion retail packaging digital mediaPRetc.).
- Ability to inspire creative processandsolutionsoriented
- Ability to recognize and develop creative ideas
- Excellent professional presentation skills interpersonal skills andcollaborative
- Organized and detail-oriented -mustdemonstrateattention to detail and ability to handle multipleprojects.
- Team player who takes ownership of tasks and who seeks and accepts other responsibilities
- Make the creative product better and stronger with thoughtful briefings and thought creative delivers against requirements of brand and customer communications.
- Collaborate withcreative and account leads todeliverwork with excellence andidentifygrowth opportunitiescollaborate with IAT to stronglyrepresentcommerce POV
- Apply proprietary strategic models with leadership support.
- Support the VPPlannings direction for key client projects and platforms overseeing and providing focus for multi-functional teams by effectively defining business problems they can collectively solve.
- Work to align retailer segments with brand segments providing richdimensionsintohumanshearts minds and behaviors.
- Represent the voice of the shopper to allstakeholdersto articulate commerce communication priorities.
- Support the creation of and writeyour owninspirational and well-crafted creative briefs and present strategic story and support materials to both internal audiences of creatives but also clients and outside partners.

Salary Range
$150000 - $150000 CAD
