Position Overview:
As a License Clerk you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all licenses and permits required for the companys operations. You will work closely with the management team to ensure all licenses are up to date and in compliance with local and state regulations. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for the companys operations.
- Keep track of expiration dates and renewals for all licenses.
- Ensure all licenses are in compliance with local and state regulations.
- Work closely with the management team to obtain new licenses and permits as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all licenses and permits.
- Communicate with government agencies and other relevant parties to resolve any issues related to licenses and permits.
- Stay up to date with any changes in licensing requirements and regulations.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of local and state licensing regulations is a plus.
