IT SPECIALIST

Position: IT Specialist

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys technological infrastructure ensuring that our systems and networks are secure efficient and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

- Monitor and maintain network and server systems

- Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans

- Manage user accounts and permissions

- Ensure network security and implement necessary updates and patches

- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary maintenance and upgrades

- Provide technical support and assistance to users

- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement new technologies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Knowledge of network security and data backup strategies

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) a plus
