Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis with the ability to collect organize and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and insights that will drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources including sales marketing and financial data

- Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions

- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to support business decisions

- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

- Maintain data integrity and security at all times

- Assist with ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as statistics mathematics economics or computer science

- 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a real estate or related industry

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present data insights to non-technical stakeholders

- Knowledge of real estate industry and market trends is a plus
